Stained Glass Appraisal Guidelines
Appraisals are commonly executed by members of the American Society of Appraisers. Stained glass is considered real property. In order to provide a proper appraisal, the appraiser must find comparables in the appraisal report to offer accurate historic value. The following appraisal guideline is the foundation required for a "replacement cost appraisal." The information contained is the minimum necessary to provide accurate replication costs should a tragedy impact your valuable art glass treasures.
